Other Available Facilities
To make the programme more effective, NCTVE is taking assistance from other Institutes & NGOs as well as UGC approved universities for propagating the programme. The training programmes are implemented in the above organisations through its more than 120 training centres in district, tehsil and block levels. The IVT are coordinated by 5 regional offices and the Registered office situated in Chandigarh. All the IVT have good infrastructure, and facilities.

Library
IVT's are equipped with good library facilities and provide academic support to students in all their courses. The library contains books on introductory and advance topics both in Hindi, English and regional language.

Notes And Publications
NCTVE has brought out various modules on various topics in English which are given to the students from time to time. The notes provide introduction to various Courses, expose him to interactive exercises and provide good basis for further reading. If training module is not available, the text books are provided to students on cost basis. NCTVE has also arranged books with government and private publishers which are provided to the students at concessional rates.
