Selection into a Course
For selection into a course, interviews will
be held at the FIVT Selection of students will be on the
basis of marks
obtained in the qualifying exam and performance in the
interviews.
Submission of attested certificates
At the time of admission, the candidates will have to
appear at the IVT of their choice with the following documents
in original.

Certificate of educational qualifications
and date of birth proof.

Certificates of SC/ST/OBC class, if
applicable.

Certificate of proof of residence in
rural areas, if applicable.

Certificate of physical handicap, if
applicable.
Fees
- Selected students have to deposit the first Months fee,
Registration fee and Admission fee at their respective
IVT as mentioned in the section about fee deposition against
each course in this Admission form.
- Monthly fees have to be deposited before the 10th of
every month failing which a late fee of Rs.10 per day
extra will be charged. This relaxation with late fee is
upto the 15th of every month.
- In case of failure in depositing fees regularly, the
registration of the student will be cancelled. If the
student drops out from the course mid term, then his/her
registration is liable for cancellation without refund
of the earlier deposited fees.
- Student registration is valid for a period of 2 years.
Course Material
Course Material shall be provided in English medium
depending on the availability. If course material is not
available, student has to purchase text books.
Medium of Examination
MICE/NIOS Student may however, write their examination
in any Indian language, included in the constitution of
India. University students write their examination in English
only.
Counselling sessions at IVT
Counselling sessions will be conducted at the IVT to establish
contact between students and their faculties. The topics
for discussion during these sessions will generally be those
problems which cannot be solved by other means. Though attendance
at these sessions is 75% compulsory, it would definitely
be advantageous for the students. Specialists in the field
will help students face and solve difficult problems during
these sessions.

with other instructions shall be put up on the NCTVE website.
The students are advised to look into these details from
time to time.
Cancellation of Admission
Your admission will be cancelled and fee forfeited on the
following grounds:
- Incomplete Form
- Shortage of fee
- Lack of required educational qualification/age proof/experience
certificate
- Any other discrepancy.
Note: Admission once cancelled will not
be reconsidered.
Issue of Certificates
The marks statement can be collected from the concerned
IVTs immediately after declaration of the result. The certificates
are dispatched to IVTs ten to fifteen months later. NCTVE
does not issue any migration certificate to its students
(except University course). |
